IL-4 and IL-13 Modulation of Regulatory RNAs promote Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction

Computationally predict potential binding sites of miRNAs on RNA molecules that have been up- or downregulated by IL-4 and IL-13. Test out validity of of selected RNA candidates to prove predictions.
